During my Christmas stay, I appreciated that the hotel had a ramped entrance and an elevator, making it easily accessible for disabled guests. the breakfast provided was great and satisfying. the location of the hotel was also convenient and within reach of different attractions.
The hotel staff lacked a customer-centric approach as they were inflexible and uncooperative with guests. the complimentary meal was only applicable to one person, and this seemed quite absurd considering that most hotels offer a complimentary meal for at least two persons.

The hotel's accessibility was great, especially for a disabled person. They had a ramped entrance and an elevator. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the complimentary one that was provided. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting and the staff were polite and well-mannered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and accommodating, particularly Mr. 'Segun. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a ramped entrance and elevator for disabled accessibility. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.
Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel's policy regarding complimentary meals needs improvement, as it only caters to one guest instead of two.
